Initial discussions help us understand you and your dream project, followed by a site visit, project outline and financial proposal.

Architectural and 3D concepts are designed and discussed thoroughly to ensure alignment with your project requirements.

Structural Design

Once the design is finalised it is handed to the engineering department for structural drawings, working drawings and B.O.Q. preparation

Government Approvals

If governmental approvals are required, our team with do the documentation preparation, submission and coordination with the department during the approval process.

Construction Contracts

When the required approvals are received, construction documents with costing, scope of work and specifications are framed and the contract agreement is signed before starting the construction

Building Your Dream

For our Engineers & Architects efficiency is the key to managing construction. We will also send monthly progress reports to you for tracking and understanding the progress of your dream house.

Interior Design and Finishing

Our team will work with you to discuss the final look of your dream home. Here we will be finalizing the interior design and the materials to be used.

Living Your Dream

Once your dream house becomes a reality our site supervisor will take you through a house tour. Now you can live in your Dream House.
